Danny passed away from cancer on March 13, 2020. His immediate survivors include his wife Kristin, his former wife Jane B. (Anderson), his daughter Tammy J. Blum, her husband Jan, and five grandchildren.  Our condolences go out to them. Danny joined the Navy as a submariner after graduation. Afterwards, he studied at Wentworth Insitute, became an electrician, had his own business, then worked as a union electrician with Local 103 of the IBEW. Danny lived in Walpole but was a true son of Westwood. He kept up friendships with classmates, was a dedicated volunteer at the First Baptist Church, and served on the Board of the Westwood Alumni Association.  All enjoyed seeing him at class reunions with his mustache, grin and positive attitude. As he wrote in our 45th Reunion booklet, "Isn't life Grand?"

Due to Covid servces were postponed. A graveside service was held at the New Westwood Cemetery on October 17, 2020.  Here is a link to Danny's obituary.
